Responsibilities Include:

  • Issuing and receiving goods for all departments, ensuring correct stock levels and accurate records are maintained.
  • Picking and packing sales orders in preparation for dispatch, ensuring all items are handled with care and accuracy.
  • Ensuring correct labelling of products to meet customer requirements, ensuring smooth processing of orders and compliance with all guidelines.
  • Managing stock movement and replenishment across the warehouse, ensuring products are readily available and easily accessible for future orders.
  • Checking for damaged or missing items, performing thorough inspections of incoming stock to prevent any issues before items are dispatched.
  • Using lifting equipment or forklifts to move stock around the warehouse, including manual handling when necessary, to ensure that stock is properly stored.
  • Keeping management informed of any potential issues, delays, or discrepancies in stock levels, contributing to problem-solving and workflow efficiency.

Requirements:

  • (Desirable) Valid Counterbalance Forklift certificate
