Pertemps Northampton is recruiting a licensed Reach Truck Driver for our site in Huntingdon. The role involves operating a Reach Truck in a busy warehouse, handling palletised goods and working on rotating shifts (06:00 - 14:00, 14:00 - 22:00). Pay rate is £13.24 per hour.

You must hold a valid Reach Truck license (RTITB/ITSSAR or equivalent) and have proven experience in a fast-paced warehouse. Strong attention to detail and good communication are essential; duties include safe truck operation,

Reach Truck Driver

Location: Huntingdon

Pay Rate: £13.24 per hour

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, rotating shifts (06:00 - 14:00 and 14:00 - 22:00) with a 30-minute unpaid break

Role Overview

We are seeking reliable and licensed Reach Truck Drivers to join our dynamic warehouse team in Huntingdon. This is primarily a forklift-based role where you will spend the vast majority of your shift operating the truck with minimal manual handling required.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating a Reach Truck to transport, stack, and retrieve palletized goods safely.
• Performing general warehouse duties focused on efficient pallet movement and storage.
• Ensuring accurate placement of stock within high-bay racking systems.
• Adhering strictly to site health and safety standards at all times.

Requirements

• Valid, accredited Reach Truck License, Counterbalance, VNA (RTITB, ITSSAR, or equivalent standard).
• Proven experience driving a Reach Truck in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
• Flexibility to work the rotating weekly shift pattern.
