Pertemps Northampton is seeking reliable Reach Truck Drivers to join our Huntingdon warehouse team. This is a full-time, temporary role that centers on operating a Reach Truck to move palletised goods within high-bay racking, with emphasis on accuracy and safety in a busy distribution environment.

The position requires a valid reach truck license, proven experience in fast-paced warehousing, and strong attention to detail and communication.

Qualifications

• Valid, accredited Reach Truck License, Counterbalance, VNA (RTITB, ITSSAR, or equivalent standard).
• Proven experience driving a Reach Truck in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
• Flexibility to work the rotating weekly shift pattern.

Responsibilities

• Operating a Reach Truck to transport, stack, and retrieve palletized goods safely.
• Performing general warehouse duties focused on efficient pallet movement and storage.
• Ensuring accurate placement of stock within high-bay racking systems.
• Adhering strictly to site health and safety standards at all times.
