Job Title: Warehouse Operative (FLT Reach) Temp to Perm
Location: Blackburn
Pay: GBP13.51 per hour GBP28,500+ per year
Job Type: Full-time, Temp to Perm

Overview:
We are hiring experienced Warehouse Operatives with a Reach Truck Licence to join a leading personal care company in Blackburn. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with excellent long-term prospects in a clean, modern warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Case picking and stacking (up to 20kg)
• Operating Reach Trucks, PPT, and Order Picking equipment
• Using tablets for order management

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years warehouse experience
• Reach Truck experience
• Reach Truck Licence (it can be out of date or in-house)
• Physically fit and reliable
• Good literacy and numeracy skills

Shifts:

• Training: Monday to Friday, 08 30
• After training: Rotating shifts - 06:00-14:00/ 14:00-22:00
• No night shifts
