People Solutions are currently recruiting FLT Reach Truck Drivers to join our well-established client based in Barnsley.

This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent rates of pay with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

• Immediate start
• Temporary to permanent role

Day-to-Day Duties

• Driving and operating a Reach Truck
• Loading and unloading trucks and containers using equipment provided in a safe and efficient manner
• Order picking
• Moving and transporting stock to correct warehouse areas
• Stacking and stowing pallets
• Quality checking to understand product codes
• Adhering to health and safety regulations and promoting a safe working environment
• Keeping work areas clear of debris and obstructions
• Reporting faulty equipment, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor
• Holding a valid FLT Reach Truck Licence (internal or recently expired licenses accepted)
• Good knowledge of health and safety procedures
• Punctuality and good time management skills
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English
• Experience in a warehouse environment is beneficial
