Job summary

The Job People is recruiting a Reach Fork Lift Truck Driver based in Stafford (by J14 of the M6). You will operate Reach and Counterbalance FLTs to offload deliveries, store and put away goods, and assist with packing, wrapping and order picking.

Hours are days, 8am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday. The role offers weekly pay, £14 to £15 per hour, and an initial 6–8 month contract with an immediate start.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Reach and Counterbalance FLT licence.
• Warehousing experience with goods in/out, loading, put away and stock replenishment.
• Experience with RF scanning and stock rotation is desirable.
• Good communication and organisational skills required.
• Logistics distribution and supply chain background is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Offload deliveries using a Counterbalance FLT.
• Store/put away goods using a Reach Truck.
• Pack and wrap goods and prepare for dispatch.
• Pick and record items to order.
