Reach Forklift Driver - Urgent Temporary Position!
Location: Hayes
Start Date: 16th July 2025
Pay: GBP13.00 - GBP14.00 per hour + Holiday Pay
Shifts: Monday to Friday, 06:00-14:00 and 12:00-20:00

Are you an experienced Reach Forklift Driver looking for immediate work in Hayes? We re urgently recruiting for a physically fit and reliable Warehouse Operative with a valid Reach licence to support a busy and well-established operation.

About the Role: Working as part of a close-knit team, you'll be responsible for a range of warehouse duties to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the site. You ll collaborate with the wider inventory and transport teams to keep everything moving efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Picking and packing orders
• Loading and unloading trucks
• Scanning and locating stock items
• Operating Reach and Counterbalance forklifts
• Supporting general warehouse organisation
• Assisting other warehouse teams where required
• Prioritising workload to meet deadlines

Requirements:

• Valid Reach Forklift Licence - essential
• Counterbalance forklift experience - preferred
• Strong manual handling experience - must be physically fit
• Previous experience in a warehouse environment
• Basic IT skills and ability to use scanning equipment
• A proactive, team-focused attitude
