Overview

All Square Recruitment are hiring a Reach Forklift Operator for a well-established and growing business in Colchester, Essex. Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you'll be responsible for unloading, positioning, and despatching stock, while maintaining high standards of service and safety. You'll also support colleagues across departments and ensure warehouse operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Operating forklifts (Reach Licence required)
• Loading, unloading, and organising stock
• Picking, packing, palletising, and preparing goods for despatch
• Supporting colleagues and other departments when required
• Maintaining warehouse housekeeping and following Health & Safety procedures

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience as a Reach Forklift Operator
• Valid Reach Licence
• Strong organisation and time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Working Hours

Monday to Friday
8:30am till 4:30pm

• Overtime available during the week (£15.66 per hour) and on Saturdays (£18.78 per hour)
