Job summary

The Best Connection Group Limited in Milton Keynes is seeking a motivated Reach Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. You will load and unload goods, move stock safely, and support daily operations to keep workflows efficient.

Applicants must hold a valid Reach forklift licence, have proven warehouse experience, and demonstrate strong teamwork and basic maths skills for inventory handling. Shifts are Mon-Fri with rotating start times.

Qualifications

• A valid Reach forklift licence is required.
• Proven experience as a Forklift Operator or similar role in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to operate forklifts safely.
• Basic maths skills for inventory management.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities
