Job Description:

Role: Reablement Support Worker

The Support Worker / Healthcare Assistant will assist with daily routines including personal care and feeding. Candidates must have at least 6 months of care experience and demonstrate compassion.

Responsibilities include:

• Helping patients with washing, showering, dressing
• Assisting with feeding
• Making and changing beds
• Turning patients to prevent pressure sores
• Talking to patients to reduce anxiety
• Assisting with mobility and transfers
• Supporting with toileting needs
• Maintaining a clean and organized environment
• Using mobility aids and escorting patients

Previous experience and/or qualifications in care are essential. You will work under supervision of nursing staff and may participate in training for new healthcare assistants.
