Job summary

Cera Care is seeking compassionate carers to join our reablement team in the Greater London area. You will support individuals as they leave hospital, assisting with rehabilitation and daily living activities, and helping them regain independence with emotional support.

We provide comprehensive training, a supportive environment, and opportunities to develop core skills and progress within a values-led organisation that puts people first.
