Job summary

Cera is looking for caring professionals to join its reablement team in Croydon. You will support clients leaving hospital, assisting their rehabilitation and helping them become independent again with emotional support.

Training is provided to develop core skills and behaviours for today and the future, with a focus on meaningful, compassionate care and patient-centred support.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and patient approach to support clients.

• Ability to work as part of a care team to support rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in leaving hospital and supporting rehabilitation.
• Help individuals regain independence with emotional support.
