Job summary

Cera Care in Bournemouth & Poole is seeking a Rapid Response Support Worker for a full-time role within our Reablement team. You will support people leaving hospital and assist their rehabilitation, helping them regain independence with compassionate, person-centred care.

No previous experience required but a caring nature is essential; full training is provided via the Cera Academy, and you will benefit from career progression opportunities, staff benefits, and a supportive workplace culture.
