Here at Norfolk First Response, we work with a reablement ethos, supporting people in their homes to make a positive difference. We aim to help them regain their abilities within 6 weeks after ill health or changes in circumstances. Our Support Workers (Reablement) are a key part of that.

The post is 27.75 hours per week, working in Fakenham and surrounding areas. You will work mornings (7.30am to 2pm or 8am to 2.30pm) and evenings (4.30 to 9pm or 5 to 10pm), with hours averaged over a two-week rota, enabling work-life balance.
Requirements include being caring, empathetic, committed, with a full driving licence and access to a vehicle. No previous experience needed; full training provided. We offer a competitive salary, employee benefits including discounts, and more.
