Join Home Support Matters as a Reablement Support Worker across Great Yarmouth, Northern Villages, and Central Norwich. You’ll play a key role in supporting people to get back on their feet and live safely in their own homes.
£12.40/hour weekdays
£12.51/hour weekends
42p per mile mileage
Paid travel time
Example Weekly Earnings (30 hours):
Direct support = £372
Travel time (approx. 2.5h) = £31
100 miles of driving = £42
Total = Up to £445/week – over £23,100 per year*
*Subject to tax/NI deductions

As a Reablement Support Worker, you'll provide short-term, person-centred support to help individuals:
Regain lost skills after illness, injury or a hospital stay
Promote independence and confidence in everyday activities like cooking, dressing, mobility, or going out
Encourage and guide rather than "do for" – helping people achieve their own goals
Monitor progress, celebrate milestones, and record outcomes using our easy documentation systems
Work closely with supervisors and healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for each individual
Most support plans last up to 6 weeks – some just a couple – making this role ideal for those who love variety and seeing rapid progress in the people they help.
A valid UK driving licence, access to your own car, and business insurance
