Archer Resourcing has an exciting new Reablement Support Worker position in Oxfordshire.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will be passionate about helping and guiding people to regain their independence and confidence. The team in Oxfordshire seeks dedicated individuals to provide care and reablement support to service users.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

1. Providing a person-centred approach to assist people in regaining independence.
2. Teaching individuals skills to boost their confidence.
3. Helping individuals relearn key skills for daily life.
4. Assisting with personal care.

Requirements:

1. Relevant experience in support work.
2. Enhanced DBS check within the last 12 months (preferably on the update service).
3. Traits such as caring, reliable, trustworthy, flexible, empathetic, and passionate.
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
