A local community support provider in Norwich is seeking a Reablement Support Lead to manage care shifts and support tenants in maintaining their independence. This role involves hands-on leadership, collaboration with healthcare professionals, and ensuring quality care in a Housing with Care environment. Ideal candidates will have experience in social care and excellent communication skills, along with a commitment to providing person-centred support.
Reablement Support Lead (Days) 8981 | Permanent contract | £25,753 to £27,936 per annum (Scale F) | 33.32 hours per week | Grays Fair Court, Norwich
Weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis. Working 1 in 3 weekends.

We have a vacancy at Grays Fair Court, a Housing with Care site in Norwich. As a Reablement Support Lead, you will work closely with Operational Managers and Reablement Support Workers to support tenants in maintaining their independence and ensure the smooth running of the service.
You will need to have experience of working with people and be able to communicate clearly and appropriately with members of the public, whilst exercising judgement and using your initiative to plan and prioritise your work. You will also need knowledge of the current policy, practice and legislation within Health and Social Care.
Full training will be provided to ensure you are confident and competent in delivering this vital role within our Housing with Care service.
Grays Fair Court is a care establishment made up of 34 Housing with Care flats. All flats are self-contained with bedroom, lounge, kitchenette and bathroom. The Housing with Care tenants also have access to 24 hour assessed and unplanned care.
