About the Role

We have a new opportunity to work as a Reablement Response Care Worker.

For this role, you must have care experience and be a driver with a full, clean driving license and access to your own vehicle.

As a Reablement Response Care Worker, you will help individuals regain independence and confidence after experiencing a decline in their health following hospital discharge.

You will be covering Chester and surrounding areas such as Ellesmere Port, Malpas, and Blacon.

You will provide short-term care to help customers recover and rebuild confidence in daily tasks, enabling them to return to independent living.

You will also receive a drivers' enhancement of 50p per hour on top of your pay rate.

Applicants should be experienced care/support workers with the drive to develop tailored support plans addressing individual needs and goals.

You must be 18 years or older to apply.
