We have a new opportunity to work as a Reablement Response Care Worker.
For this role, you must have care experience, be a driver with a full, clean driving license, and access to your own vehicle.
As a Reablement Response Care Worker, you will help individuals regain independence and confidence after experiencing a decline in their health following hospital discharge.
You will cover Chester and surrounding areas such as Ellesmere Port, Malpas, and Blacon.
Your responsibilities include providing short-term care to help customers recover and rebuild confidence in daily tasks, enabling them to return to an independent life.
You will receive a drivers' enhancement of 50p per hour on top of your pay rate.
You need to be an experienced care/support worker who can develop tailored support plans addressing specific needs and goals.
You must be 18 years or older to apply.
