About the Candidate
You will be resilient, empathic, compassionate and motivated.
You must be organised and have excellent oral communication and written skills and be able to complete detailed and comprehensive reports in a timelyand efficient manner.
We are looking for a critical and innovative thinker who can gather and analyse information, manage risk and maximize citizens' quality of life.
You should have knowledge and experience of functional assessment, moving and handling, equipment, adaptations, and assistive technology and have an understanding of relevant social care and disability legislation.
Experience of providing therapeutic interventions to a variety of citizens, including those with mental health and learning difficulties.
You will maintain the standards set out by the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and Royal College of Occupational Therapy (RCOT).
You will have a minimum of 2 yearspost qualification experience as an Occupational Therapist.
We offer Monday – Friday working, with no working on bank holidays or weekends, and a 35-hour working week, supporting a positive work/life balance.
