Cera Care Ltd in Fife is seeking a Community Carer to support people recently discharged from hospital at home, helping with daily tasks, medications and meals to enable safe recovery.

We welcome carers with or without prior experience and provide full training. Flexible shifts include days and nights, with some weekends. Driving licence and access to a vehicle are required to reach clients at home.

Qualifications

• Must have right to work in the UK
• SSSC registration in Scotland and SVQ2 (funded by Cera; SVQ fee paid by employee)
• Access to a vehicle/driving licence required to visit clients at home

Responsabilités

• Assist with personal care, medications, and meals
• Visit clients in their own homes across the Fife area
• Travel between client visits as part of daily duties
