Bradford Council is seeking a Reablement Assistant (Days) to join our Adult Social Care & Health team at Dove Court Extra Care Setting, Bradford. This permanent role is 18 hours per week at an hourly rate of £13.26–£13.47.
You will support service users with daily living skills, greet visitors, assist with medication per policy, and contribute to clear daily reports and support plans. QAF Diploma Level 2 in Health & Social Care required.

There are 45 properties within Dove Court where individuals who require varying levels of support to maintain their independence and daily living are supported by the staff team.
