Our team comprises professionals with extensive expertise in real estate investment, property management, property consulting, and education consulting.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and expand the market for UK home resale clients and achieve sales targets.
  2. Provide clients with professional property resale advice, including pricing and marketing strategies.
  3. Manage the sales process from initial booking through to successful transaction completion.
  4. Maintain strong client relationships and proactively offer excellent after-sales service.
  5. Assist clients and potential buyers in price negotiations to meet both parties' needs.
  6. Actively organize, support, and participate in company events and industry exhibitions to continually discover and develop new client leads.
  7. Identify and address the deeper needs of existing clients to encourage repeat business.
Job Requirements
  1. Over two years of work experience, with a preference for candidates who have experience or connections in the real estate industry.
  2. Have strong market awareness, a good mentality of self-motivation, a strong sense of service, and the ability to withstand sales pressure.
  3. Responsible, hard-working, and possess a teamwork spirit.

Job Type: Full-time
