The Re-housing Co-ordinator plays a crucial role in managing empty properties and facilitating mutual exchanges. The team re-lets approximately 600 properties annually and facilitates over 200 mutual exchanges.
The role requires working in a busy, customer-focused environment within tight timeframes to meet targets. Good team working, excellent communication, and organisational skills are essential, especially for managing mailboxes, arranging viewings, and coordinating support staff. The role also involves dealing with vulnerable or frustrated applicants with professionalism and empathy.

The salary will be pro-rata if the position is less than 37 hours or term-time only.
