A prominent secondary school in Leicester seeks a Re-engagement Leader to manage their re-engagement provision, committed to transforming lives in the community. This permanent role offers a competitive salary and requires a passion for supporting young people during their education.
Salary: £34,314 - £37,035 per annum (Grade 7 Points 19-22 pro rata)
Contract type: Permanent for 39 weeks per year (38 weeks term time plus 5 training/inset days)
Hours: 37 hours per week (Mon – Thu 8.30am-4.30pm with 30min lunch and Fri 8.30am-4.00pm with 30min lunch)
Responsible to: Deputy Headteacher
Due to the expansion of the school, we have a new opportunity for someone to join as a Re-engagement Leader. The main focus of this role will be to lead and manage the school’s re-engagement provision.
