Job summary

Arla Foods is seeking a RCA Despatch Technician to join the Despatch operation in Leeds on a full-time, permanent basis. You will be responsible for ensuring the safety of colleagues in the Roller Cage Area, maintaining standards, and driving process improvements to minimise risk.

Reporting to the Operations Team Leader, you will process returned Tetra Cages, accurately handle data, and work with stakeholders to ensure timely escalations.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse/logistics or supply chain environments.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Continuous improvement mindset and willingness to challenge the status quo.

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort and process returned Tetra Cages in line with procedures.
• Inspect returns to determine restock, repair, disposal, or escalate steps.
• Keep the returns cage area clean, organised and safe at all times.
• Create, maintain and improve SOPs for the RCA area and review risk assessments.
• Train, coach and support colleagues to ensure safe and efficient working practices.
