Location: London or Milton Keynes (minimum of two days a week in the office; more days if preferable)
Reporting to: Regional and Local Growth Director
Working hours: Full time (9-day fortnight)
Contract type: Permanent
Salary: £68,000 - £75,000

The Role
Lead end-to-end accountabilities for your area, including people management, strategy development and alignment, commercial leadership (marketing, account management, thought leadership, relationship development including partnership management and public affairs), business development, delivery management, workforce development, and monitoring and evaluation (including learning and knowledge creation).
Purpose of the role
Manage the end-to-end accountabilities for Data Science, including:
- Setting the direction through line of business strategy aligned with CPC strategy
- Leading Data Science market thought leadership, opportunity and proposition development
- Collaborating with cross-business areas, strategic units, and corporate services
Key Responsibilities
- Meet revenue targets
- Drive development and presentation of client proposals in collaboration with CPC teams
- Develop collateral to support 'go to market' propositions and service offerings
- Farm accounts by supporting opportunity identification, qualification, and contracting with account leads and teams
- Ensure compliant use of CRM processes and systems
- Manage pipeline for accounts and business development
- Coordinate contracting with Legal and Commercial teams
- Lead and deliver value through innovative delivery projects and engagements
- Ensure quality of client delivery and act as SRO on delivery programs and projects
- Oversee program budgets
- Disseminate and provide feedback on CPC internal communications
- Manage stakeholder relationships at senior levels to promote innovation delivery
- Be recognized as a thought leader
- Support professional development of team members to ensure service delivery and expertise
- Coach and mentor junior colleagues
- Promote high attendance at Heads of Profession activities and events
- Maintain own professional development
- Foster an ethos of equity, inclusivity, and diversity in work activities and contribute to inclusive innovation
- Perform other duties to support CPC's strategic outcomes and operational effectiveness
