Job summary

RTL Group Ltd is recruiting a Site Engineer for a 12-month RC frame and groundworks scheme in the Birmingham area. You will manage all setting out for the RC frame and groundworks package, reporting to the Project Manager and foreman, and liaising with the main contractor site team.

You will be responsible for site setup, health and safety compliance, raising design queries, and managing temporary works. A CSCS card, a degree in civil engineering (or time served), and a kit are essential.

Qualifications

• CSCS card is required.
• Must have previous experience setting out RC frames and groundworks.
• Temporary works ticket is required.
• Degree in civil engineering or time served.
• Must have Kit.

Responsibilities

• Reporting to and working with the Project Manager and foreman.
• Liaising with main contractor site team.
• Site set up and compliance with health and safety.
• Completing setting out for the RC frame and groundworks package.
• Raising technical queries on design issues.
• Management of temporary works.
