About The Role

Job Title: Senior Building Control Surveyor

Hours: 37

Salary: HC9 £40,777 - £45,091 per annum

Contract: Permanent

Location: Plough Lane, Hereford

Closing date: 15 August 2025

Interview date: 21 August 2025

You will be a Class 3 RBI, Senior Building Control Surveyor for the building control service reporting to the Building Control Manager. Your responsibilities include ensuring our professional service and advice meet the highest standards, reporting to the government on performance, driving income potential, working with the new regulator, promoting internal training and development, collaborating with the construction industry, and representing the building control service with professional bodies.
