Job Summary

The Strategic Partnerships Group provides various services to businesses across the country, including specialist advice for solicitors, accountants, corporate finance firms, and financial education to support the financial wellbeing of employees. The team of Regional Strategic Partnerships Managers (RSPM) work with individuals and organizations to drive these initiatives and find suitable solutions.

We are seeking an RSPM based in Edinburgh or Glasgow to develop business across Scotland. The role involves working with internal teams to implement group initiatives, tracking results, and maintaining key relationships with professional advisers to generate sustainable business inflows.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Contributing to new business targets and monitoring progress.
  • Building internal and external relationships.
  • Adapting to market and regulatory changes.
  • Developing new propositions and marketing materials.
  • Possibly managing a team for the Scotland region, providing oversight and coaching.

Requirements to succeed:

  • Successful experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of client segments like Family Law, Solicitors, Accountants.
  • Knowledge of RBC investment, credit, and banking products.
  • Existing relationships within target markets.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Level 4 qualification in CISI, CII, or equivalent.
