We are recruiting an Associate to join the RBC Brewin Dolphin Newcastle Charity Team. This team manages investments for Charity and Institutional clients in the North East. As an Associate, you will support senior colleagues, develop knowledge of wealth management, and have the opportunity to progress to a chartered wealth manager.

What will you do?

  • Assist senior wealth colleagues to meet clients’ requirements.
  • Verify and collate information.
  • Support wealth colleagues with client support and documentation.
  • Develop knowledge of investment and charity sector.
  • Support business development and understand team objectives.
  • Build understanding of charity governance and develop networks.
  • Complete work according to standards and collaborate with other teams.
  • Support digital adoption and client service excellence.
  • Adhere to policies and standards; maintain professional conduct.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have:

  • Willingness to work towards industry qualifications (CISI level 7).
  • No prior experience required, but dedication to a career in wealth management.
  • Good time management, proactive learning, attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, intermediate MS Office skills.

Nice-to-have:

  • Studying industry qualifications (e.g., CISI level 4 diploma).
  • Charity volunteering or trustee experience.
