Description

As a Finance Business Partner, you will collaborate with our Advanced Technologies technical and operational teams to deliver solutions that meet the highest standards of excellence and innovation.

If you are passionate about making a difference within our Advanced Technologies projects across land, sea, and air, this is the role for you!

You will be the first point of contact and business partner for any Advanced Technology Financial Planning activities covering both Opex and Capex.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Ensure timely distribution of financial information (plan & actual) to budget holders through reports and regular meetings.
• Contribute to high forecasting accuracy of business plans, revised estimates, and long-term forecasts.
• Evaluate the cost/benefit ratio of proposed activities, including commercial and capital projects.
• Communicate financial information with external customers.
• Work with Budget Holders to keep the 5-year CAPEX plan current.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Act as the link between Budget Holders and HR for personnel cost reporting and financial planning.
• Prepare and distribute detailed monthly Management Accounts.
• Analyze trends and interpret financial content.
• Possess a strong finance background, preferably in Management Accounting.
• Understand supply chain impacts on financial reporting.
• ERP process improvement experience.
• Qualified in CIMA or ACCA.

Desired Experience:

• Experience in Manufacturing or Automotive industries.
• SAP & BI experience (preferable).
• Power BI experience.
