Requirements:

• A minimum of two years experience in materials planning
• Experience of working in the food industry would be beneficial
• Strong Excel skills
• Experience with MRP Systems (M3 would be preferred)
• Confident in dealing with both internal and external stakeholders

Responsibilities:

• Materials Planning

Managing the purchasing of materials for the New Product Development team, ensuring that the right supplier is found, at the right price, first time

• Reporting on waste and leading waste meetings
• Responsible for supplier scorecards - ensuring that deliveries are made on time and in full whilst monitoring supplier performance
• Purchasing packaging for the site
• Administration and maintenance of supplier contracts
• Cover for the Planning Team as and when required
