Job summary

AM Best is seeking an Operations Support role in London that provides essential support to credit rating analysts. You will prepare committee materials, track reports, coordinate with global operations and ensure documentation compliance in a regulated environment.

The 12-month FTC is a full-time hybrid role reporting to the Associate Director, Rating Operations. Candidates should have strong data management and MS Office skills and be highly detail-oriented.

Qualifications

• Data entry and data management experience with trackers or databases.
• Developed workflow or quality controls is a plus.
• Experience in a highly regulated environment is advantageous.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Exceptional attention to detail and highly organized.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to support multiple groups concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Assist analytical team in developing rating committee presentations and post-committee documentation.
• Develop rating committee quality metrics and management reports.
• Complete pre- and post-rating committee documentation per policies.
• Support QA by preparing draft QA review sheets.
• Ensure timely collection of rating documents and maintain retention policies.
• Assist analysts with analytical worksheets preparation.
• Schedule rating meetings per corporate policies.
• Oversee Credit Report process and track communications logs.
• Coordinate with Operations teams in APAC and US to provide global support.
