️ What You'll Be Doing

You'll take ownership of your own client portfolio while working alongside senior colleagues on a range of business rates matters, including:

• Advising clients on business rates mitigation strategies.
• Inspecting and valuing commercial properties for rating purposes.
• Negotiating with the Valuation Office Agency and Billing Authorities.
• Attending client meetings and contributing to business development.

What We're Looking For

• MRICS qualified or actively working towards qualification.
• Experience in business rates valuation (private sector or VOA backgrounds welcome).
• Solid understanding of rating legislation and the Check, Challenge, Appeal process.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.
• Commercially aware, proactive, and a team player.
