Job Description:

Attribution Search is seeking a high-performing Rates Trading Assistant (TA) for a growing macro Hedge Fund.

The role involves close collaboration with Portfolio Managers (PMs) and the Investment Team in a high-volume T0 trading environment, with all T+1 operations outsourced to a third-party vendor.

Key duties include but are not limited to:

• Supporting macro investment teams
• Advising on desk PM and trader activities
• Trade booking and allocation
• Monitoring and analyzing live trading positions and P&L
• Preparing daily trade reports
• Managing FX exposure and risk
• Providing market commentary

The fund welcomes candidates with TA and Middle Office experience from hedge funds or tier 1 banking institutions. Knowledge of rates is essential.

While a desire to move into execution trading or pre-trade market analysis is not a barrier, candidates should understand that this role is primarily a TA role initially.
