Overview

Due to continued international growth, we are looking for a talented individual to join our Rates & Data Management Team, playing a vital role in supporting the administrative management of firmwide rates and client data across our UK and international offices.

Responsibilities
  • Input and review client rates, ensuring accuracy and liaising with stakeholders.
  • Support the business with data requests and provide clarity on data interpretation.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth data processes and stakeholder engagement.
  • Manage the team service desk dashboard, categorising and completing requests efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate client records and assess risks/impacts of rate structures.
  • Support projects, firm changes, and key annual events.
  • Take ownership of the Rates & Data Management process, including guides and training.
Qualifications
  • Detail-oriented with excellent accuracy.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong IT skills, ideally with Excel and 3E experience.
  • Previous experience in finance and/or legal sectors.
  • A proactive team player with a drive to deliver high-quality results.
