Hunter AHP offers a locum opportunity in Stockport for a Physiotherapist to join a Multi-Disciplinary Rapid Response Therapy team. This team aims to prevent unnecessary hospital admissions by providing care in patients' homes on short notice. The ideal candidate has experience in a rapid response team or relevant acute and community settings, enabling skill transfer to a rapid response environment. The pay rate ranges from £25-26 for Band 6 and £30-31 for Band 7. The contract is ongoing with a minimum duration of 3 months.
