A healthcare provider in Prestwich is seeking a Cleaner to ensure a clean and safe environment for patients and colleagues. Responsibilities include general and deep cleaning, requiring a full UK driving license and cleaning experience. The role offers training on equipment, competitive pay enhancements, and benefits such as annual leave and discounts.
To assist colleagues within the Soft Services Department to providing a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors and colleagues, in line with the Trust's Standards and the National Cleaner Hospitals Programme.
Working on a rota - Monday - Sunday between 6am - 10pm (including bank holidays)
In addition to general cleaning responsibilities, the Team is trained to carry out deep cleaning within the Trust following outbreaks of infectious illness, dirty protests, terminal cleaning of vacated isolation rooms and in areas which have undergone maintenance. Members of the Team are also trained to use specialist decontamination equipment such as Hydrogen Peroxide Vapour equipment. Previous experience of working within the cleaning industry is essential, Driving Company Vehicles throughout the GMMH foot print.
Training on machinery will be provided.
You must hold a full clean UK Driving License
