Job summary

Qualifications

• Be confirmed in the rank of constable.
• Be a member of a Home Office force or Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI) or Police Scotland.
• Have no outstanding discipline or integrity issues.
• Have a full manual driving licence.
• Cannot transfer from an officer serving with a non-Home Office police force.

Responsibilities

• Provide the force with a 24-hour MOE and drone capacity to respond immediately.
• Pro-actively support divisions and force priorities.
• Contribute to Operational Support Department’s aims and objectives.
• Develop firearms specialisms and command roles, attending additional courses.
