What you’ll do

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills as a Rapid Response Care Assistant. You’ll receive full training and clinical support to work in complex areas such as tracheotomy care, ventilation, seizure management, stoma care, and more!

We provide exceptional care for people of all ages in their homes and community, with complex needs including spinal cord injuries, muscular dystrophy, acquired brain injuries, and others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personalized care to clients with complex needs, including support for spinal cord injuries, muscular dystrophy, acquired brain injuries, and other conditions.
  • Travel within a 100-mile radius to client locations, providing rapid care where needed.
  • Work on an on-call rota to ensure timely support for clients.
  • Receive ongoing clinical training to expand skills in areas like tracheotomy, ventilation, stoma care, and seizure management.
  • Be adaptable and ready for varied challenges daily, making a real difference in clients’ lives.
  • Maintain accurate care records compliant with regulations.
