EE/BT current & future Network Performance, Network Efficiency & Subscriber's Experience (including Emergency Services Network).
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain & strengthen EE/BT's position as the #1 UK mobile network and aim for a top ten global network.
- Manage the perception and PR related to network performance and customer experience.
- Influence internal/external stakeholders and suppliers to achieve the Best Network objectives.
- Assess new products, services, and capability uplift projects within the RAN Performance, Optimisation, and Design teams.
- Translate requirements into fully costed operational RAN Performance & Optimisation solutions and operating models.
- Collaborate with stakeholder teams to gather inputs, ensuring the proposed models are user-friendly and feasible from tooling and process perspectives.
- Define KPIs, SLAs, and monitoring mechanisms for new capabilities or contracts.
- Review operational models/processes regularly for improvements in efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Provide technical thought leadership and effective stakeholder management.
- Maintain a good understanding of RAN Performance analysis, parameters affecting RAN Performance, Service, and End User experience.
- Understand 4G, 5G, and Mission Critical mobile network architecture and the influence of RAN within the wider mobile network.
- Utilize operational support systems (OSS) tools and systems effectively.
Experience Required:
- Experience working for a mobile network operator, vendor, or managed service provider.
- Experience with RFI's and RFP's.
- Understanding of the commercial impact of technical requirements.
- Experience managing third-party performance, ideally as part of a team.
- Transformation experience.
- Knowledge of ITIL v4 concepts and practices.
- Ability to manage stakeholder relationships and priorities effectively.
