The Opportunity

This is your opportunity to join one of the UK’s major mobile network operators as they build the future of Radio Access Networks.

We are seeking a highly skilled Radio Access Network (RAN) Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) with in-depth knowledge of Nokia and Ericsson API interfaces.

As a RAN Automation Specialist, you will drive the design and architecture of automation solutions for mobile networks, ensuring optimal performance, efficiency, and scalability.

This is a key position for providing network automation, orchestration, and optimization.

This is a remote opportunity, but travel to Reading may be required occasionally.

Your background:

This is a subject matter expert position requiring proven experience in Radio Access Networks (RAN), with expertise in Nokia or Ericsson RAN platforms and equipment.

You should have:

• Strong understanding of RAN architectures, including 4G LTE and 5G NR technologies.
• Experience with network automation tools and platforms.
• Familiarity with network orchestration and service orchestration concepts.
