Unipart Technologies Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end railway projects, from concept to client handover, coordinating cross-functional teams, contractors and supply chain partners in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage budgets, risks and governance, drive on-time delivery, and deliver high-quality outcomes while developing the project team and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Formal qualification in Project Management (APM PMQ or Prince 2 practitioner).
• Experience in managing complex engineering projects across the full lifecycle, ideally rail.
• Proven drive for results and accountability of business needs.
• Technical curiosity and commercial awareness.
• Excellent customer and communication skills with strong commercial understanding.
• Exceptional planning and prioritisation skills and ability to deliver rapidly.
• Engineering background advantageous, especially in Rail with Network Rail/Tier 1 delivery experience.
• Strong team player capable of managing multiple stakeholders collaboratively.

Responsabilités

• Create and lead internal projects to deliver outcomes within time, cost and quality constraints.
• Day-to-day management and leadership of projects (delivering to budget).
• Provide effective governance controls and design project structures for each stage.
• Identify and manage stakeholder relationships and secure senior-level support.
• Ensure clear internal and external communication with stakeholders.
• Identify and monitor risks and issues; develop mitigating actions and manage interdependencies.
• Support assurance reviews and organize gateway reviews as required.
