This contract role requires a Level 4 Mechanical Engineering qualification and CSWIP 3.1 Certification. Strong experience in welding inspection is essential, along with a good ability to interpret technical drawings.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in welding inspection or quality control role.
• Experience applying ISO and EN welding standards.
• Strong ability to interpret technical drawings and welding specifications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct welding inspections in line with the Inspection and Test Plan.
• Perform visual inspection of welds according to ISO 17637.
• Identify defects and recommend corrective actions.
