Job summary

Aureos Infrastructure Services Limited is seeking a Track Delivery Manager to oversee track construction, maintenance and renewal projects. You will manage on‑site teams, ensure safe, timely delivery within budget, and coordinate with engineers to implement designs on rail assets.

The role requires strong leadership, railway engineering knowledge, and proven track record in delivering maintenance and renewal works with adherence to Network Rail standards.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to read and implement complex designs.
• Experience with maintenance/renewal projects on rail tracks is a plus.
• SSSTS/SMSTS competency is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Track Delivery Teams and on‑site personnel.
• Oversee delivery of remitted works with Project Engineer support.
• Procure, deliver and store plant, tools and materials.
• Ensure calibration and servicing of all equipment and maintain records.
• Drive safety, PPE and RPE compliance for all crews.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks to meet standards.
• Coordinate with Project Engineers to set out and implement design.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks and drive improvements.
• Manage project closeouts, inspections, and handover.
• Oversee vehicle checks and time management for teams.
