Speedy Hire in Glasgow is seeking an Engineer - Rail to join our depot team. You will service rail tools, update schedules and repair equipment to ensure continuous availability for hire, supporting operations across the railway tooling fleet.

The role requires mechanical competence, strong communication, and a proactive approach to learn and adapt within a collaborative environment. Hybrid working options and career progression are available.

Responsibilities

• Based in the depot, the Rail Engineer is a key role to Speedy's supply of rail tools and equipment; ensuring service schedules are up to date and repairing faulty rail equipment as necessary to ensure it remains available for hire.
