RAIL SYSTEM SAFETY ENGINEER

RAIL SYSTEM SAFETY ENGINEER - LONDON - PERMANENT - £43,750 - £65,580

ARM are working with a major rail client and we are recruiting for a Rail System Safety Engineer to join the team in London.

About You:

1. You will be an experienced Systems Safety Engineer who ideally has worked in rail, but we will consider those from other critical safety environments such as aviation or nuclear industries.
2. You will have demonstrable experience of HAZOP and Common Safety Record on Risk Assessments.
3. You will have worked with Assessment Bodies and Notified Bodies. Knowledge of DOORS is desirable but not essential.

What you will be doing:
This position will be helping set the future of an operational railway. Currently this is in the civil engineering area, but will be moving to a more technical area in the coming years.

Work Environment:
This position is currently working hybrid (2 days office and 3 days home) in London. We can also consider Birmingham as an option on this position.

The salary range for this position is £43,750 - £65,580 and will be dependent on experience and suitability for the role.
