Network Rail in Cardiff seeks a Planning professional to coordinate and optimise all section work activities, ensuring safe and compliant delivery. You will produce Safe Systems of Work, manage access and isolation requests, and support quarterly planning with effective stakeholder engagement.

The role emphasizes high-quality record keeping, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement across the section. Strong planning and interpersonal skills are essential.

• Experience planning and coordinating section work activities.
• Ability to produce Safe System of Work plans.
• Manage weekly Plan-Do-Review meetings.
• Represent Section Managers at planning meetings.
• Maintain infrastructure maintenance records and documentation.
