Job summary

Qualifications

• PTS and SMSTS are essential.
• Experience with Network Rail design process.
• Demonstrated line management experience.
• Demonstrated programme management experience.
• Railway safety training - PTS required.
• COSS / IWA certification beneficial.
• Continued professional development courses as appropriate - SMSTS.

Responsibilities

• Manage Network Rail (client) and rail-related infrastructure to meet KPIs, including estimates and delivery timescales.
• Represent the company in client deliverability meetings and maintain strong client relationships.
• Conduct pre-site scoping visits for planning and execution of tasks.
• Coordinate with the commercial team on estimates and final accounts, reporting progress to the Project Manager.
• Oversee site teams to ensure safety, quality, and reporting standards across the framework.
• Develop site management plans aligned with Health and Safety, Quality, and Environmental Policies.
• Create site documentation and contract plans to meet client requirements.
• Ensure effective programme management and necessary access/possession approvals.
• Identify training needs and development opportunities for personnel.
• Perform site audits and promote a culture of professional safety.
